Siphoned the gas out of the ranger yesterday and poured in 5 gallons of 93 no ethanol fresh out of the pump. Had to give it a shot of starting fluid to start. Used the ranger several times with no problem starting. Ranger started normal today after sitting for over 24 hours. You should be able to take a small wire connected to your POSITIVE battery terminal and touch the small wire terminal from the starter on the solenoid and fire the starter up. Remember, there is also a 'engaged brake' override to the starter .. the RZR will not start without the 12V brake light signal, so make sure the brake lights are working.RACE TECH : That is your fuel pump relay. Switch the 2 relays out and see if your getting power now. Could also be a ground issue. Check your battery voltage and connections. To test to see if the switch is working depress the brake and see if the brake lights come on. If they do this is not your problem. If you have inline filter replace with a drill pump to suck fuel along pipe, or to force fuel back to tank, you will also need to fill the part that is post filter point.
